Key insights (AI-powered):
1NCE’s rise from connectivity to AI-driven analytics and services signals further consolidation of value in IoT around data intelligence rather than simple transportation. By opening up anonymized network-wide data, the company is positioning itself as a benchmarking service provider, potentially influencing hardware selection, radio configurations and performance profiles across all fleets. The combination of data services, professional “fixers,” and premium support is also driving OEMs to run more turnkey, outsourced IoT operations. This is consistent with a broader shift toward vertically integrated, data-centric IoT platforms that abstract underlying connectivity complexity.

1NCE expands its software, AI and services offerings for global IoT growth.

1NCE, a company that provides a plug-and-play platform for building and managing the world’s best IoT products, reports another strong year of growth with the addition of an additional 10 million endpoints. The company now manages more than 40 million smart products for more than 30,000 customers in 17 industries.

1NCE’s software and connectivity platform has become a new industry standard, enabling hassle-free IoT in over 170 countries and regions. With four billion records per day collected across more than 250 streams on the world’s largest IoT network in the cloud, the company has a unique position in the IoT ecosystem.

The company launched a new intelligent data program called 1NCE Insights. The program is part of the company’s goal to unite AI and IoT intelligence to achieve breakthrough results in supply chains, smart cities, utilities and beyond.

The data collected from the customer belongs exclusively to them. But with Insights, 1NCE opens up access to its anonymized, network-wide data. Customers can benchmark their IoT projects against industry leaders, leveraging real data points from thousands of other use cases. These insights include network usage, antenna performance, battery optimization, traffic patterns, hardware manufacturer selection, cell tower information, and more. Real-world insights into how IoT devices are performing compared to competitors, competitors, and market leaders is a powerful tool to better design and manage deployments.

1NCE Insights is particularly powerful when paired with the recently announced 1NCE Fixers, professional services that help address the need for domain-specific assistance in assembling hardware, software and connectivity. 1NCE’s team of over 300 IoT experts provides tailored recommendations for businesses of all sizes to adopt IoT like industry leaders.

In addition, the company plans to launch a premium support module for its customers in the first quarter of 2026, offering them high-quality service contracts with clear expectations for availability and response times, 24/7 support from a single dedicated contact with immediate turnaround, and more.

Ivo Rook, Co-Chief Executive Officer of 1NCE, said:

“We have worked hard to listen to customers and understand their challenges with IoT. Giving them our unique perspective on how to better use their products is an important factor in successful implementations. We are excited to deliver and further solidify 1NCE as a starting point for almost every IoT use case.”

1NCE has had a big 2025, bringing new features like Whereabouts, an advanced device locator tool that offers a cell tower-based alternative to GPS tracking. Whereabouts enables 1NCE clients to access initial positioning of their assets with reliable and continuous data. 2025 also brought partnerships with some of the top software and manufacturing companies in IoT: Memfault, Meritech, Murata and SG Wireless.

And the company continued to be recognized for its excellence across the technology industry:

  • Topper in the Frost Radar Growth Index 2025
  • CRN – Top 10 Hottest IoT Startups of 2025
  • SiliconANGLE TechForward Awards – Finalist in “SaaS”
  • CODiE Awards – Finalist in the “Best Data Delivery Solution” category
  • InfoWorld Technology of the Year Awards – Finalist in “Software Development: Platforms”
