Key insights (AI-powered):
Over 100 million connections under management indicate that large-scale, cloud-native CMPs are consolidating their power in mobile IoT. This scaling reduces connectivity and security overhead per device and makes complex, global deployments more economical for OEMs and MNOs. It also accelerates the shift toward AI-driven automation in lifecycle management, observability and threat detection that smaller platforms may struggle to keep up with. The milestone underscores a broader IoT trend toward some hyperscale connectivity hubs that support critical, security-related applications.

Leveraging AI-driven innovation, Aeris delivers secure, scalable solutions that transform IoT connected vehicles and shape the mobile connected future

Aeris, a global leader in mobile communications management platforms, security services and connected vehicle programs, today announced a significant milestone: the company has surpassed 100 million connected devices worldwide. This breakthrough achievement is the result of nearly 90% growth in additional device connections since the acquisition of the Ericsson IoT Accelerator Platform in 2023.

Aeris continues to outperform market growth as it crosses the 100 million mark. According to a report from Berg Insight, global mobile IoT connectivity grew by about 30 percent over the same period, making Aeris’ expansion nearly three times the industry average. This growth validates Aeris’ leadership and commitment to simplifying global deployments through AI-driven connectivity management platform innovations, IoT cybersecurity and automotive leadership, and a strong partner ecosystem.

“This milestone validates our vision to provide the world’s most trusted end-to-end mobile device solution.” said Saint Benmalek, Air CEO and board director. “Reaching 100 million connections isn’t just an order of magnitude – it’s a testament to how quickly we transform business outcomes. By using Agentic AI, we will improve our ability to protect data and ensure reliability in the highest risk environments, from connected vehicles to life-saving medical devices.”
